I have to make my the full payment for our reservation tomorrow. My wife might not be able to make the trip. Do I remove her before making the full payment or wait? I know removing her now will remove her park ticket reservations.

If I remove her, How difficult will it be to add her and get her in MK & HS with the rest of us if she can make it?

If she can't make it, will I be out the cost of her ticket if we wait to long to remove her? When's the last day we can remove her without penalty?

Trip dates 10/14-10/28

Thanks

Disney has a "Book with Confidence" policy in place until December 31, 2020 - "As a reminder, your Clients can book with confidence when planning their next Walt Disney World vacation. If their plans change, any Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees will be waived up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through December 31, 2020."

I would pay in full and then make the change prior to check-in if need be. That will be far easier than trying to re-book the park reservations, IMHO.

I believe the "up to the date of check-in" means she has to be removed no later than the day before. I wouldn't wait until the day of check-in to do it.
