we made our final payment last night - in the "manage my booking" section of the website, it shows that we are paid in full and our bank account has the amount as a pending transaction.
What I find strange is that we did not receive email confirmation of the payment - when we booked and paid the deposit a few months ago, we received an email from Disney Travel confirming the booking plus a second email from Worldpay confirming the payment had been made - in both instances the emails were received virtually within minutes of the transaction.
Also, I seem to recall (but could be mistaken) that when we paid the deposit on the website, we were redirected to Worldpay and had to go through the "Verified by Visa" process to confirm the transaction - this did not happen last night, and in fact as soon as we had entered our card details and submitted we got a message on screen thanking us for our payment.
Does anyone else have a similar recent experience in paying the balance ?
