Final Documents?????

I have my DME tags but not my final documents yet but i leave on sept 30 so i have a lil bit to wait

I wonder if it makes a difference whether you booked through a travel agent or directly through disney b/c we leave in 14 days and booked thru a ta but haven't recvd our documents yet (the ta said she expects them any day now) and my cousin checks in the same day as us but she booked directly thru disney and got her documents about 2 weeks ago. I am starting to get worried.
