We purchased 2 resales, one with Fidelity and one with TTS. Both went extremely well, good service and timely correspondence. So from my end I'd go with the best contract you can find.

Thank you. I am on my second contract with them. The first Disney exercised ROFR, but everything went smoothly and they alerted me right away. So far so good with this one too. They submitted ROFR packet same day I signed.

Just wrapped up a deal with Sharon at Fidelity last month. She was great and the process went very smoothly. I'd certainly buy from her again!

I bought our contract last January using Fidelity. I'm a "foreign" buyer (Chile), and it happened that the contract I wanted was from a foreign seller too. She warned me well in advance that it could take longer than the usual. Even being our first contract, it took 60 days to final closing, and 75 days to be able to log in with my newly created account and use my points.

All the process was handled by email with Sharon. Not even one phone call was necessary. Of course I wasn't in a hurry and I didn't mind waiting til the next day for an email answer or wait til monday morning over weekends.

I got a very good deal also. Sharon was very fast presenting my low ball offers. Looking the current ROFR prices thread, I got one of the cheapiest deals on AKV this year

Sharon was very helpful and if I ever need to add on, I of course will consider using Fidelity again.

I purchased a contract from Fidelity a couple years ago and it was fine, but did take about 3 weeks longer than my contracts with TSS.

I just got an offer accepted last week. It's a foreign seller and Sharon warned me up front that it would take longer. But I still haven't received a contract because they're waiting on DVC to verify that points were banked. I'm not sure why it takes 4+ business days to do this. I'd like the get the ball rolling on ROFR! Hopefully once I get the contract, it'll pass and go smoothly like the first one.

I'm in the process of buying a 2nd contract using Sharon Reper and she's been nothing short of very attentive and responsive since I contacted her Friday about a particular contract.We've been back and forth 3 times with the owner and nailed down all the details today.
