Is there any character database for meet and greets for DL like kenny the pirate for DW?

Also, is there a military discount at DL like in DW?

No need to apologize -- welcome! First off, here is a thread that will help you with your planning: A DLR Guide for WDW Vets. We use the free DLR app for character M&G locations. Meeting characters is much easier and more casual at DLR. The app will show you who's out and about and their location. Some M&Gs are in a fixed location, like Princess Fantasy Faire or Anna and Elsa. Yes, there is a military discount available for DLR.
