I haven't been notified of the change. I did get a call from DHS telling me my Star Wars dessert party was moved up by 1/2 hour and asking me if I wanted to change the reservation.

Consider Frontierland/Liberty Square. Then you may also find some shade! Most of the crowds will be in the Hub/Main Street.

Yes; it was only reset to 2:00 for Party season.

January 1st, FoF returns to its normal schedule.

We have a 2:20 ADR at Tony's. what is the best place for us to see the parade? By 2:20 I imagine it will be near Tony's.

By 2:20, it will be circling the Hub. You may want to wait outside of Tony’s and check-in at 2:35.
