Although I don't watch This Morning hardly at all (only when ill etc) I think Phil and Fern have good chemistry, particularly when they get the giggles, which I can understand will be missed by their regular viewers.
I also dislike Fiona Philips and don't think much of Ruth either.....
It would be nice for somebody a bit different, someone like Tess daly or Christine (the one show).
Wonder what Fern is off to do? I think her profile has been raised recently with her charity work, weight loss and more high profile presenting jobs (comic relief etc) I wouldn't be surprised if she's got a fab new job lined up.

According to Digitalspy, ITV are after Melanie Sykes to take Fern's place. I like her, she's down to earth, so I would imagine she'd fit in quite well

Oh this makes me sad. I work a lot of afternoons and nights so I get to watch 'this morning' a lot and no one compares to the team of Phil and Fern
