It was interesting to see the You Tube videos of the monther/daughter team of pilots with Delta. (I think they were with Delta)

When we last cruised with Celebrity we had the opportunity to chat with Captain Kate. She started her career with DCL but left for better advancement opportunities. It sounded more like an issue of DCL only having four ships versus other lines where she could advance more rapidly, but hopefully more opportunities for well qualified women will open up throughout the industry.
