I need some advice. We have a half day(shortened classes on Wed) for Thanksgiving and I really dont want to teach but wanted to do something fun. I teach grades 9,11,12 and needed some suggestions to maybe coincide with the Holiday theme. Any ideas???

Have them do online research about Thanksgiving topics for a grade--websites about Thanksgiving origins, recipes, traditions, etc.
I have Wednesday off but am cramming as much as I can in so I can leave videos with my sub when I go to WDW on Dec. 5 and 6.
