Its only 11 days on Atkins and exercise and I feel so much better! Those Levi's outa the hot dryer are fittin' much looser!!
This is my second start at Atkins. Last year I lost about 36lbs and gained back 13 of it(started goin' downhill at WDW last June). So,this years approach is very different. Much more of my calories come from veggies,fruits,chicken and seafood. I have beef once a week,somethin' wicked good like Prime rib or a nice Porterhouse with maybe a side of saute'd baby spinach and a little garlic in buttah!! Ooooohhhh!!!!
Exercise is starting to just be part of what I do everyday. No exception.
As the weather(and roads clear here in the Northeast) I'll start walking and doing more things outside. Just exercising for 11 days I feel much better!
So,how is everyone else feeling??
