Are character breakfasts for kids only (or parents and kids)? I mean, do adults ever go to these things alone? It's just me and my husband but I thought our son might get a kick out of seeing pics of mom and dad with mickey or pluto or something when we get home from our trip. Also, not to mention, it is rather entertaining in a juvenile sort of way.

Anyone can go to the character breakfasts. The characters give attention to everyone. They come around to each table and interact with you.

We've seen adults at many character meals & they looked like they were having a great time. The characters spend time at every table - it doens't matter if there are kids there or not. Have a great time! :sunny:

Go for it! Have a great time! There will be plenty of other adult only tables! I've gone with all adults, and by myself before. Go and have fun :)

My family has 3 character meals scheduled for our trip in May. The youngest will be my 9 month old nephew and then you have my little sister who is 19 years old. She chose one of the character meals(LTT dinner) and my mom and I decided we should all do Chef Mickey's for breakfast. Bottom line: If you really want to do a character meal, nobody's going to care, except maybe for bitter people who think that being an adult means you have to be serious all the time and never enjoy a child-like moment.

Dh and I don't have kids yet, but that doesn't stop us from going to at least 1 character meal every trip. It's fun no matter how old you are! :thumbsup2

My DH and I always go to at least one character meal and never feel out of place. We have three scheduled for our next trip. :cool1:

In my recent experience (5 character meals in 31 days) I have seen several parties of adults only. There was a table of 4 at CP the other evening, and they had so much fun with the characters!!!

I have as much if not more fun than my DD at the character meals. I love taking photos, and watching the other children (especially the young ones) react to the characters.

I think you would enjoy, and of course your son would like seeing Mom and Dad with the characters!
