I went away for the weekend, so I didn't get any exercise in. Yesterday I did 90 min dance and today I did 60 min. So 150 min. I'm almost there only 170 more.
Did the 2 mile WATP this evening so I'm now at 610/600 and exceeded my goal! I'm so proud of myself and feel great. Guess I'll have to aim higher next month!
I got on the treadmill with a new book....James Patterson's "Sam's letters to Jennifer" and next thing I knew I was up to 50 minutes! I've NEVER done 50 minutes on the treadmill. I'm vowing to ONLY read this book on the treadmill from now on b/c I know I can't put it down and if I can't put it down I should be moving and not sitting!!
I'm up to 575/600 and am with Mary....I'm aiming higher next month. But not TOO high b/c I'd rather see how far OVER my goal I can go instead of being frustrated at how FAR AWAY my goal is. (mind games)
WOW! Look at all those Dark Orange (50%) and magenta (75%) and Lime (90%) and Red (challenge goal met!!!) names! Our challengers are doing great going into the home stretch! Just 7 days worth of exercise time left, guys!
