Whew, you guys MADE me do it!! Got my 15 min exercise and 50 min TM in cause I couldn't let the day go without posting something!! That gets me to 710/1000..but only with YOUR help!!!
oh dear, i'm losing track; i'm in a thingie at the fitness center where we log in our mins and i haven't been tracking it here since feb 8th! i need to get my mins for the remainder of last week - but this week I had 270 mins at FC and 60 mins at home, so addining in this week i'm at 590/1350
I haven't gotten anything in this week I got sick in the begining of the week and I tried to get on the treadmill after I thought I was better and I thought I was going to die... my lungs hurt so bad and I couldn't stop coughing
I am so mad but I am afraid to try again just yet???????
