February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

Did at least 70 minutes on Saturday and 25 minutes yesterday. None for today so far.
My new total is 495/950.
 
I'm at 120/1200. I better get going I have a way's to go. Better late than never!!

I did 3.1 miles on the TM in 41:15 tonight. With all the walking I did today, I am easily rounding that to 45, bringing me to 545/1000
 
I did 30 mins this morning climbing stairs and 40 mins tonite on the stairmachine, so show 70 mins for me for a total of 515/1000.
 
WATP for me tonight so 20 more minutes. I'm 470/600 now.
 
Got 40 of cardio in today..brings me to 580/1000!
 
Did my 30 minute walk this morning so I'm now 500/600!
 
I got in my 40 minute lunchtime walk, putting me at 910/1500!
 
Please add 30 minutes for me to finish up week 2. I did 30 minutes mini-trampoline jogging while watching the Olympics last night!

That brings me to: 1420/2500.

Yesterday I did a 30 minute workout in the morning on my balance ball and then walked for an hour last night. I've passed the halfway mark!
