February Exercise UPDATE P.33 POST 486

Just here to say OUTLOUD - that I didn't do any exercise today - AND - I WILL be setting my alarm and getting my buns out of bed in the morning so that I can report some minutes! (this makes me accountable now!!!)

I have this problem with Mondays - somehow the rationalization usually wins and I end up with NO minutes to add - gotta work on that OR make sure my day off/rest day is Monday!

Good job everyone (else) Keep up the good work!!!!
 
30 minutes WATP and 20 minutes on the treadmill for me today...

Today I did a 2 mile WATP workout and crunches for 30 minutes and 60 minute walk in the evening. 90 minutes for today!

Yesterday I did an abs and a total body toning class. Today I get to start the step class rotation. It's becoming addicting, a LOT of fun. I never thought I would say exercising was fun. ;) I am now at 310/1200.
 
A 30 minute walk on the treadmill this morning so now I'm 270/600!
 
Strength training (weight lifting) and treadmill for me last night for a total of 80 minutes, bringing me to 220/1000.

I only did 30 minutes this week. After weeks away from the gym, it's tough to go back, but I WILL do it. I WILL make my goal this month.

I did my 40 minute walk, and after work went to the gym for 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on the treadmill!

I'm up to 210/800, went snowtubing last night. We went for a couple of hours but I am guessing only about 30 minutes of doing the stairs, while carrying a heavy tube at that, my heartrate was sure up. Made for a fun workout though. I felt pretty good when I outlasted my kids. ("Mom, we're tired, can we go home now?")
 
Hey, everyone! I just realized that as of midnight tonight, we will be 25% of the way through the month. Are you 25% of the way toward your exercise goal? :teeth:

okay started the day with 50 minutes tming and stretching and a 30 minute lunch walk gets me 80 for the day and to

See what telling someone "outloud" what you are going to do - got me right up and moving this morning :teeth:

Gosh - are we really 25% there already - YIKES - I really do have to get moving!!! Thanks for the reality check ::yes:: NO MORE MONDAYS OFF FOR ME!!!!
