I am sooo impressed!! Congratulations to everyone who got up and MOVED in February!! Look at all those minutes posted in a month that had "only" 29 days!! :banana: And thank you for sharing this challenge with me. :grouphug: I figured that if I hosted it, I'd feel a little more compelled to get the minutes in. :goodvibes

I only had another 20 minutes yesterday, walking to and from court (in heels) with a heavy briefcase. LOL! That took me to 1745/1500. Now I have to figure out what I can manage for March. I do have another half marathon in just over 2 weeks and I am trying to stay in the habit of Monday night deep water aerobics and Thursday and Friday morning hour-long workouts. Hmmmm.... Maybe I'll kick it up to 1600 this month. EEK!!!

And we both did yoga! I've only done yoga at home before, with Exercise TV. My friend goes to a class every Wednesday and asked me to go with her last night. Then she offered to go to the gym with me (she's a member at the same chain) to help me finish out the minutes to my goal! So a night I had anticipated to be just gutting out a workout turned into a fun time. :cool1:

Congrats to you, LuLuO, Julie and Cam for meeting (and exceeding) your goals! There was no way I was going to get so close and not meet that goal, lol!

And congrats to all of us on this thread who are taking positive steps to better health! :thumbsup2

I haven't had a chance to post my last 2 days...
Saturday, 2/25 - 65 minute walk with dogs, 10 minutes bowflex, 25 minutes Just Dance on the Wii.
Tuesday, 2/28 - Mall Walking - 30 minutes

Total 620/1200 - I at least made it half way!@
 
Are we gonna have a March exercise challenge?

Julie (goldcupmom) said she'd run the challenge for March, but I just checked and I don't see a thread yet. I'd suggest keeping track and then when she sets up the challenge you can post all your minutes up until then. If she hasn't had a chance to start it by Sunday, I'll try to remember to get back here and do it.

March 1st was a rest day.

I only did 30 mins of cardio last night, I was so tired.

But today I have 120 mins of bootcamp! :scared1: I'll list my hours when I get back - if I survive it, lol.

5 minutes on the bike
40 minutes weight routine
25 minutes on treadmill

Total of 70 minutes
