I unexpectedly exercised 3 hours on Saturday!!!! I went for a training walk with a friend that ended up being 94 minutes. Then DD asked me to go to the gym with her and she had a plan to do certain stuff that ended up taking almost ninety minutes so I stuck it out with her.
Sat:
walking - 94 mins
bike - 40 mins
octane - 26 mins
pushups, floor and crunches - 20 mins
Today (Mon):
elliptical - 40 mins
Puts me at 1105/1500

I slacked today. My nephew was visiting and I spent the day running after three kids ages 4, 3, and 2. Even though it doesn't count as exercise, I think I burned some extra calories by playing with the kids and trying to keep my house from being destroyed.![]()

I had 40 minutes this morning of walk away the pounds type exercise with core thrown in and then some cardio core. I am calling it 40 minutes even though it was longer. Can't figure out how to account for the short breaks, but I think this works. I am now at 1215/1500.
