Kim - Not pathetic at all. You worked your butt of to get where you are now and your just trying to stay at your current weight. I'm working out 5 days, but when I get to maintenance, there is no way I plan to be there that often. You inspire the rest of us to get where you are today!

And, as I thought about what I posted earlier, I thought I worded it wrong, my GOAL isn't really 500 minutes, but rather my minimum. I'd like to reach At Least 500 minutes. That way, anything more is 'gravy', right?
I never sit still...drives people crazy. I'm certainly not skinny, but wonder what I would weigh if I did sit still. There's also another study out that says obese people sit more than thin people.
As for the exercise, today will be a rest day for me, but I'm 4.5/40 so far this month. I have two more exercise days this week!

Keep on going everyone. We have a few less days to get our minutes in this month, but I know that we can do it. Just wanted to pop in and say hello and to remember to try to just give a total once a week to make the updating easier. We can check in each day to make sure that we are staying accountable for exercising, but to actually give your count would be easier once a week.
Alright I made a huge mistake and somehow computer did not save the chart file and now I gotta redo it but it won't take long so I'll have the new people up but if I'm a little slow on getting the other updated with those who have posted updates already please bare with me as I have to type all that back in for the start up in order to add in the updates.
First I am gonna make the chart for the newly enrolled folks though. I'll have that done tonight and try to work on the other too.

I am taking my day off from exercise today, although I will be wearing my pedometer to help me keep on track with steps today. I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday.
Hi, Tammy! Thank you SOOOO much for doing this for us. Please add my update. As of today, I have done 265 minutes out of 1000 in February. I have also done 14 miles out of 50 for the month of February, but I can keep track of that on my own--I think the minutes are more important to me right now for this challenge, than the miles.
