Hi! Is it too late for me to join this challenge? I am 28 weeks pregnant and just got back from my latest doctor's appt. Apparently I am starting to gain too much, too fast. My NP not only gave me the okay but also recommended that I start exercising so I can keep my weight gain down some. I don't want to lose weight while I am pregnant, just maintain it or at least keep it to a minimum gain. I don't want to overdo it either since I do want to keep my baby's health as my top priority so I am only going to be doing walking as my choice of exercise and since there is only 3 weeks left this month I only want to be put down for about 400 min. as my goal. I don't want to get too tired or overdo it during my 3rd trimester. Thanks!
