We need to thank Zoesmama03 for preparing the chart for our challenge. She said that she would create another one to add for the ones that joined after she had gotten this one done.

Thanks for everyone that is joining in. I have not been able to check in as much this week, but hopefully next week will be going better.

For those that want an update done, let's try to post only once a week with your ___/____ format.

Thanks again for joining and helping each other stay motivated.

OK, here we go. This will not be fancy, but will help us keep track. You need to let me know your goal for the month and then post your updates only weekly please!!! When you post your updates you can show it like this __/1000 and I will get our list going.

We need to just start with a list and what you want your goal set for the month. Please bear with me again as this will be my first challenge like this.

If we have anyone that would like to create a clippie for us, that would be great. I know it is a motivation to see that clippie in my signature when I'm trying for a goal.

I'll start with my goal:

I am going to go for 1000 minutes in February.

Anyone else ready for a challenge?
 
I'm in! I will set my goal for 700 minutes.

Thanks for starting the thread Tammy. I wish I knew how to make clippies!
 
Hi Tammy - Thanks for doing this. I think having the monthly challenges keeps us all modivated (and honest ;) )

I got my 2000 in last month (barely), so I'm going to go for it again.

Put me down for 2000!!!!

Put me down for 1000. This will be the first Disboard challenge I've accepted. Does any form of exercise count? Please explain more. Thanks!

Count me in for 1500. Also put me down for 45 min so far on 2/1/05.
 
Count me in. I'm in for 1200. I was going to up it but Feb. is a short month. So, I guess I'd better get busy.
 
I am in for 1000 minutes! Actually also trying to do 50 treadmill miles. Exercised 55 minutes last night and 3 miles.

I'd like to join, but I'll be scaling back this month, due to being on maintenance, and DDs hernia operation, so is it ok that I only want to set a goal of 500 minutes :blush: ?

Pathetic, huh? :guilty:

Kim - Not pathetic at all. You worked your butt of to get where you are now and your just trying to stay at your current weight. I'm working out 5 days, but when I get to maintenance, there is no way I plan to be there that often. You inspire the rest of us to get where you are today! :worship: :worship: :worship:
 
I'm going for that 1000 minutes again this month and gonna schedule in this exercise. I really need to get my self going. I want to watch this weight start coming off.


I did go to the gym last night. ;) :banana: :cheer2: :Pinkbounc I'll post my minutes when the week is over though. :)
