Amazing what a little more recovery time will do! I'm able to do a lot more now than I have in a long long time. I'm starting to see the results of all the rehab work I have been doing. That said, my post surgery free membership in the NTC gym runs out at the end of next week. I'm starting to transition to doing things I can do in our gym here where we live and other outdoor activities so I won't lose any momentum.
Cam, I just noticed you're here! Great to see you again! Loved the wedding pics in your siggie! You & Howard both looked awesome!

DH challenged me on the last lap of the track and yikes, there went the groin! Fortunately it is not too bad. A day of rest should put it back to normal. I will probably just do some weights tomorrow.100/1000
I think I set my goal too high for joining late, but I'm sticking with it and seeing how far I can go.

DisFam95, that sounds just like me. Hopefully we can both make the switch to more healthy eating so all this exercise will pay off!











I'll have to set my goal for March accordingly. Well, I might not make goal but I'm trying to get in all the minutes I still can.
Last night I had a short boot camp and then did an hour of cardio. This morning I did an hour spin class and then a 30 minute trainer session. Phew!
