February Character Sightings!

Just wondering if mymouse has the character list for this week yet? I always love to see who is out.

I was at WDW celebrating DD's 7th birthday 1/20 to 1/27. We saw a lot of characters. I had made her a photo book on Kodak from our past trips to use as an autograph book. King Louis was so excited to see himself in the book that he had the character handler ask us to wait so he could sign her book-had to wait til no one was around. My DD was so excited to get his rare autograph. He did a great job too-put a crown on the "i" of King.

I can't believe Bolt was out occasionally in AK. He is one of her all time favorite characters!

Their last day in Adventureland was Oct. 3 2009.

Captain Hook and Mr. Smeed can be seen in the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise event.

Based on past years, will someone try to take a guess as to what if any major character changes will happen this summer? I would think Toy Story charcaters would be a little more frequent, but are there any other guesses?

The Toy Story characters have already increased, Woody and Jesse replaced Hook and Smee at MK. There will be a new character replacing the UP characters at DHS.

NOOOOOOO!!!! They can't replace them until after our trip in April! I so want to meet the characters from UP!

They are being replaced in Early May... so you should be good in April. Someone reported Up is moving to DAK, I do not know anything about that but it could be true.

I'm afraid they are not currently out. But you're not the first to ask. I encourage you to contact Guest Communications to request those characters come out. If enough people ask they might bring them out!

We just have to see Princess Tiana and Naveen this trip! Does anyone know if the riverboat show will be going on in August and when and where we can meet Tiana at each park? My Niece will be turning 4, going to BBB for the first time and really wants to meet and greet Tiana. Is Tiana at any of the the princess meals? Thanks for your help!

Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen meet in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom. She does not currently appear at any Princess Dining and the Riverboat ended on Jan. 3rd with no real indication (just rumors) of returning.
