February BB discount black out days?

Looking at the current room only bounceback discount, it appears Feb 9-11th were blacked out for 2012. Anyone know why? I had been hoping to target this week in the future.

Mardi Gras week is always big for Disney and Universal. Feb 12, 2013 is Fat Tuesday, Feb 13 is Ash Wednesday.

My guess would be that there was some sort of group, like one of the cheer groups, in that week so the occupancy was high enough to exclude those days. It's the same as them excluding the Pop Warner week in December.

Mardi Gras wasn't until later in the month, so this would not have been the cause. It was also before President's Day weekend, which is often excluded as well.
