February AP rates (if we get them.....)

I made some ressies for the last week of Feb/1st week of Mar for POP.
I have a AAA rate right now, but its not all that great.
What do you think? Will we get them this year? When do they usually come out and what is everyones prediction of how much they will be.
I'm curious if they may run some great promos for the later winter months because of the hit they took this fall.

Isn't the first of March Regular season...I didn't think they had discounts then...Everytime I have called, it has been really expensive then.
