RJH ~ I am supposed to be going to Cocoa Beach/ Port Canaveral this weekend. The ships are right there practically. I don't know where my DH got a ressie for, but I can try to check things out if you want. We are going on the Sterling Casino Ship. I think the trip may be a real quick one as I am going straight from work Fri (midnight) so we can wake up there, and we will come home Sun night, but I will try to look at prices and hotels and when I stop and see Shirley (who does the baskets...) I will ask her what she thinks. She knows everyhting about that area. OK? I will have info by Mon or Tues for you.
Selena. . . fire the boss! ELTON JOHN!!!!! FREE TICKETS!!!!! WOW!!! I saw him way back in 1982 in Colorado at the stadium (Mile High) He put on a great concert. Sorry you didn't feel well though. Enough talk... get back to work!!!

Hi All!!

We are flying into Orlando on Thursday and staying at the Radisson at the Port Thursday and Friday nights. I'm glad to hear there are so many boys in my son's age brackets!! Does anyone know what the staggered dining times are for 1st seating?? Can you request one?? I can't believe we are almost able to make our on-line ressies!!

I think the staggered times are dependent on your dining rotation. I'm still reading through the cruise reviews to try and get a handle on the times. Last year on the Wonder we were PPTA. I think with kids, we will get PLA or APL rotations.

Looking at a recent Navigator from the Eastern cruise, the dining times are as follows:

LAP rotation: 5:45 and 8:00
APL rotation: 6:00 and 8:15
PLA rotation: 6:15 and 8:30

Well we got a nice present from Mother Nature today, 2-3 inches of snow. Such a nice treat for Thanksgiving.

On a more positive note, just made the final payment today. Sunday is 90 days out!

Did you have a chance to scope out some hotels in Pt. Canaveral? We, also, will be flying in the day before. Kind of looking at the Holiday Inn Oceanside.

And I'm counting on you to have all the drink recipes from the Cranberry thread!

We're getting blasted with snow now but on Monday it is supposed to be in the 50's.

I had a list of the Hotels and I put them away since I din't hear anything. Now, since I have all my Christmas stuff out and up, I cannot remember where I put the list, but I will look. Sounds like you have a good pick, but I will try to take a quick look this weekend!!!! Now we are really getting closer!!!! Just cannot wait!
Got a piece of Mickey material and am going to make a big flag to put up for when my sister comes in the week of the cruise. I have a BUNCH of surprises and I just got my reunion t-shirts 2 weeks ago!!! Karen

Just booked Palo ressies for dinner (Tuesday) and high tea (Thursday). I love being able to pre-book on the web now! Also signed the boys up for the Club/Lab.

Karen,
You go to Disney Cruise Line and select My Cruises. You'll need to log in with your confirmation number and (if you haven't already done so) create a user ID and password. The cruise has to be paid in full to Disney, then the following timeline comes into play:

105 days for Cat 1-3
90 days for Castaway Club
75 days for everyone else

Since we've sailed with Disney before, I could book our ressies begining on Sunday (90 days out) .

Hey guys,

I booked all of our on-line ressies. It was really quite easy to do. The Palo ressies are filling up quick. I made ours at 7:30 am on Sunday (day 90) and our traveling mates tried to get the same time a few hours later and it was already booked!! It was nice to get the spa stuff done and the kids registered too!! Here's to less than 3 months!!
