I hope you like the parasailing. Have you done it before? I've seen pictures of people who have done it at Castaway Cay, the view is magnificent. There even was a picture of an 81 year old woman parasailing!

I wouldn't dare. I think it would have the same effect on me as Tower of Terror: not afraid before, but scared as ever on it and still remembering the feeling in some elevators, ten years later! :scared1:

Have fun parasailing, personally just the thought of it has me going *eeps*. Though it's probably for that exact reason tha tI should try it sometime. LOL.

I wouldn't think parasailing would last too long though. I've heard from other people who've parasailed that they've only been in the air for a little while.

For those who have been on the Wonder before, by the time I booked the Palo brunch was already full. Do they reserve any Palo spaces for brunch for those that either didn't get on in time or don't have the 'net? I canceled my dinner rezzie as I want to give all the DRs a try, and don't want to miss pirate night, either.

Hi anllily!

They do leave some spots for onboard reservations. They are taken in one of the clubs in the afternoon on boarding day. Just check your Navigator asap! :magnify:

I will be trying to change our dining assignment at that time if it's not settled before we leave. :worship:

Does Palo have brunch everyday? Except of course the day we arrive! Soooo happy we are under the 30 day mark. I don't know how much longer I can contain myself!!!! :rotfl:

Hi JagsandJax!

The Palo Brunch is only offered on the day at sea. So you better run with anllily if you want to get a reservation when you get on board! :cheer2:

In four weeks it will almost be time for the meet! :cool1:  :yay: :cheer2: :woohoo:

Thank you Soleil for you help!

I definitely will be running, even if it means planting my butt outside of the club 1/2 hour before they start taking reservations!

I plan to be on the ship as early as possible. I don't get in until Midnight, but I figure I won't bother sleeping in the next morning, I'll just take a mid-afternoon/pre-dinner nap on the ship before the meet up and sailaway parties. I'll probably be wayyy to excited anyways!

I hope you like the parasailing. Have you done it before? ..............:

i have done it before, my sweet wife has not and said she would only do it
if we did the tandem thing....not sure exactly how i would help if anything
went crazy....but the view from up there is amazing...is it 2/24 yet ?????

I am sooo ecited, I can barley sleep at night. I wish it was time to go NOW!!!!:flower3:

I'm quite excited also! I can't wait to see/do what we haven't experienced before: Palo brunch, Serenity Bay, the Wonder!

I also wish we could be there now. :teleport: We would have the chance to spend two days at Castaway Cay instead of one!

Sooo wish I was on board, but I have sooo much to get through between now and then. I have a bunch of meetings/appointments to go to and events to plan in February. Then the week before we go I have to take a couple days off of work for a reunion, which will be stressful. Then I get back just to take off again down to Orlando. All this between the stress of work. I'm almost wishing for two straight days at CC and actually looking forward to the sea day (I normally dislike sea days).

I've pretty much decided to do nothing in Nassau except a walking tour and maybe making it out to the Astrada gardens if I feel like it. I haven't heard a lot of good things about Nassau, and the one thing I do want to do is out of my price range. May just hang out on the ship or find someplace for a good beverage :rolleyes1.

I too have a lot to do at work before I go. This is the busiest time of the year for me, and it will continue when I get back. I can only take that week because of the school break.

Anllily, if you don't plan to visit anything in Nassau, you might as well stay on the ship. We only walked a few blocks around the port last time and didn't enjoy it very much. That's why we're taking an excursion this time. :)

I'm so excited. We will be going back to Disney World for our 3rd time but this is our 1st cruise. We are going with family members that have never been to either so we are very happy to be spending time with them at all the parks and also experiencing the cruise for the first time together.

I'm just started to panic about all the things I have to do over the next 3 weeks.

Anybody else out there a little stressed :headache: but excited  at the same time ?

My only stress is thinking about how much piece of luggage we will have. I usually travel light, but on a cruise... seems impossible! :confused3

hey all!

Well I finally decided that I'm going all independent for shore excursions. Nassau I'm going to walk around and just doing a self guided walking tour before catching the 10A bus to Astrada gardens ($2 roundtrip! and $12 to get in) to see the zoo and flamingos. Then head to the pirate museum and lunch.

CC, I was going to do the getaway package, but decided I don't want to risk it with weather so I'll just wait until I'm there. I'm not really interested in getting a float anyways and if it's cold/not nice I'm not going to want to snorkel so I'll just pay as I go.

Just found out yesterday that a harsh medical treatment I'm on has to continue for another 6 months, I'll get the next shot the day after I get back.

Hi everyone!

I just read we won't see Hercules or Toy Story after all :sad2: : we will have The Art of Story instead. It was shown on the Med Cruises, but I couldn't find much info about the show. There was a thread, but there was only one good and one bad comment. We'll have to see for ourselves!
