My check in date is Jan 31. I was able to do all my FP+ today for 1/31 thru 2/8. I'm totally freaking out over my choices and have already changed the times on a few days.

We got our flash drive yesterday; I'd better buy those park tickets!

Got my flash drive thingy in the mail today! 75 to WDW and 15 to online check-in and fast pass selections!

When I opened my mailbox today, I found the box from WDW. It had the jump drive in it. Woo Hoo! FYI - I was one that booked my trip with Disney directly.

The information included says that I can start making fastpasses+ on Dec 14th and can even do online checkin that same day!

I considered taking the morning off of work so I could make sure and login that morning but it is a Saturday, so it works perfectly for me!

Our February trips are really getting close now!

I got a booklet from WDW earlier this week, but no flash drive. I guess since I wasn't expecting a flash drive (had no idea it existed), I'm not too disappointed.

Got up an hour early today to book my fastpasses before work. I thought it was pretty painless. It helped that I had plotted out my trip with TouringPlans.com first. Just a had to do a little modifying after making the initial selections. I'm eager to see how this all works out in 60 days.

My DH, who lets me do all of the planning, plugged it right into his computer and had fun with it while I'm pleading "don't register your own account, let me keep control of both of them or I'll run into a problem coordinating our FP+ selections". He did load the MDE onto his phone so now I'm not the only one with the app.

We don't arrive until Feb. 23 so our FP+ selection date is Christmas Day! I will be surprised if I get on MDE the first day I'm eligible to select FP+.

Darn. We arrive on Feb 22 and I got my booklet with no flash drive a few days ago. Oh well. And I laughed when I saw our FP+ selection day is Christmas Eve. Like you I doubt I will be making my selections on the first day I'm eligible.

Have any February visitors encountered problems booking FP+? Specifically, I'm trying to get Test Track in the evening on 2/3 and it doesn't show any availability after 6pm. I can't believe it would be booked up that quickly!!!

I think that is because since there is FP- certian blocks of time are set aside for FP-. In otherwords, it's a crap shoot, sometimes they'll have something close to the times you want and sometimes they won't. I literally just booked ours at the 60 day mark at midnight and there wasn't avalibility for certian blocks of times for certian rides. It's all part of it. Eventually when FP- goes away completely those blocks will be dropped and there will be more availibility since everyone will be on the same system. I know that doesn't really help you now, sorry!

I've heard other people say they printed off a list of their FP+ reservations to take with them to the parks when they went and that they were glad they had because when there were band glitches the CM's could still honor their times. Now I see why, everytime I confirmed my reservations it gave me a server error and booted me on out. Pain in the rear but when I went back in, low and behold there were my FP+ reservations at the confirmed times. I think I'll fall in line and print all my reservations and take them with me too! Better safe than sorry! Not all glitches are as awesome as Vanellope

Do you have a dining reservation? That was blocking out a lot of my FP+ times. An ADR at 10AM was keeping me from having any FP+ options from park open until noon on one of my EPCOT days.

Good point! I had that issue too- so long as the reservation was in that same park that I was making FP+ reservations for. Although the system totally overlooked reservations made at resorts and was allowing me to book FP+ when I wouldn't be at the park. MM+, reliable in that it's never completly reliable

I do have an ADR, but had at least an hour to fit in a FP.
I was finally able to land a later TT FP. One thing I noticed is that when I had TT as the most important it gave me an earlier time. I put TT at the lowest priority and finally got a late TT FP.
I've never NOT had the Donald server error and all of my FP+ reservations have been there.
All I can suggest is keep trying!!

I found the system much easier to use from my iPhone app than online. Although, when I wanted to change times, that was pretty easy to do on the computer - even though I did get the Donald error message each time.

Never got any kind of invite.

I saw people on the feb disers fb page posting they were able to customize magic bands early. I logged onto my disney experience and clicked on customize mb and it let me do it.

Once I knew I was at 60 days, logged into mde and clicked fp+ selections and made my fp choices.

Website sucks. I recommend using the app instead. It was a breeze on the app making fp choices.

Wow- that CM is in the dark. There are no more invites as EVERY resort is now using magic band technology. You just get on to MDE at your 60 day mark and make your reservations. Don't be surprised if you get the Donald Duck server error message it's still working! Go into my reservations on your account and all your FP+ reservations will be listed. I suggest taking a printed copy of your reservations page with you to the park in case you have any difficulties with your band, it helps save headache

I never got an email. I did get a booklet in the mail 2-3 days before reserving FP+.

Like the others said, just log in on day 60 of the countdown and make your picks. It's fairly painless. Making changes is simple, too.

I never saw anything about customizing Magic Bands. I just clicked the link and I could customize.

I logged on thru my app around 4 AM on my 60 day mark and made my FP+ selections. Later that day, I did get an email invite to do FP+. I actually got two emails because we have two rooms booked. Then, when I logged on to the actual computer website that afternoon, a box popped up and told me I could now customize my MB and make my FP+ selections. So, Disney did let me know in 2 different ways on my 60 day mark that I was then eligible to book FP+.
