Thank you for the budget codes!!! I was looking at almost $400 for Feb 19-25, and I just got a mini van for $299!!! Very happy. Now we can all go out in one car if we have to.

Dollar/Thrifty have a new code for mini-van rental-promo code 4CO4M. It's $199 (plus taxes and fees) for a week mini-van rental. Comes to $271.xx

I'm anticipating the prices to go down this week still or next week. If I recall correctly, the last few times I rented at MCO the prices went way up for rental companies before coming way down. Then they went way up again and didn't come back down.

Yes it's a public code. I found it on carrentalsavers. Good for pick ups through Feb 11th

That code is not working for me.

I did use the above thrifty minivan code but can't seem to get as good of a deal but I think its the extra day.

But right now I'm getting $321 for 1 week plus a day. They make you pay a whole other day for 5 hours?

With Budget using x474200 (travelocity public code) and E-Coupon MUGZ029 for $30 off I get $329.27 inc taxes after coupon is applied when return minivan. Would have been $272.84 inc taxes and coupon if it was exactly a week. Those extra 4hrs cost $56.43. There is no additional driver fee of like $10/day since includes spouse with Budget. I'm not sure if additional driver is extra with Thrifty? I get the $321 Thrifty and reading terms and conditions looks like additional driver is extra.

Taxes, surcharges, vehicle license recoupment fees, vehicle license tax recoupment fees, additional driver fee and optional items, such as refueling, are extra.

I am using my Insider ID with a $30 off coupon AD2338FDF which is a Visa Winter coupon. You must use your Visa card to pay for the rental at the time of pick up.

I see $170CAN on travelocity.ca with Sixth car rental (shuttle required) or $205CAN on expedia.ca with Dollar. Both rates inc taxes and fees for a compact.

Just tried this - unfortunately this coupon code apparently requires an overnight Saturday use. My dates are 12-17 and it told me I didn't have the appropriate day of week useage to use it. Still was able to rebook my reservation using the codes I already had (double upgrade, 10% discount for insider) and shave about $25 off my previous total.

I've checked all the rental car companies at PIE airport for weeks now, and not only has the price not gone down, it has actually gone UP by about $70! I can't believe it! Anyone know what is going on? I'm glad I booked when I did considering the increase in price, but it's still way more than I was hoping to pay!

My Alamo rate just went down another $25 from $159 to $134 for 7 days mid size taxes and fees in. I am still watching National hoping for a rate like last year.
