We have been known to take the Monorail into DTD and then walk through DTD to get to DCA....just to avoid the mob scene even before the parade starts. I hate trying to weave in and out of people.

Hi guys my hubby and I are coming to DL for the first time on 13th and 14th Feb. It's an add on to our honeymoon cruise to Hawaii so we've gone crazy and booked the GCH wooooo and just been on the phone to book f! dessert seats woooo

Brookie's Mommy - have you looked at the touringplans Disneyland website? That's what I'm using for my crowd level predictions. I'm going President's Day weekend, so there's some 9's predicted - yuck.

I'm four weeks out today! Yay! Just booked the Fantasmic Dessert thing. Pricey! But now we can hopefully see Fantasmic and the fireworks with less hassle.

Luckily we are leaving on that Saturday of the President's weekend, so we will miss most of the crazy.

I did look later today.. YUCK ! Friday was a 10!!! And thats the big family day.. Not happy about that.. But Sunday is a 4 and Monday is a 3 so I think we will be ok.. Maybe I';; acidently miss my flight OOPS

You know I am doubting it. I saw that too but I was looking at the AP rate on the Disneyland website and they are lowering the hotel prices for that week. They had been $200 and over and now it is like $168 a night for PPH. They are not filling up.

Oh no kidding.

I was kind of surprised after looking at what touringplans said to look on the Disneyland website that they still had rooms available and are dropping the prices. I am obsessive about checking the prices in case they drop to what I am willing to pay, so I have been watching the prices. They had been $213 a night. That is quite a change and then they go down to $150 a night the next week.
