February 2010.. which week?

Sorry if this has been asked, but we're planning on our 2010 Feb trip and was wondering if anyone has an opinion on which week to pick?

Last first, last, middle? I keep thinking I remember about something happening in mid February, but can't for the life of me remember what it was! .. ?

You might want to avoid President's weekend and the following week. Most of New England has that week off as Feb vacation, and we leave the frozen north as quickly as we can!

Yep, you're thinking of Presdient's Week: in 2010, it's the week of the 13th-21st.

I'd also avoid Fri/Sat before the Daytona 500 (Feb 15), which worsens the presidents day week problems.. (Daytona is an easy day-trip and I guess a lot of DH's convince DW to go to Daytona if they can take the kids to WDW first..)

I have been going to Disney in Feb. since it opened. Best week is definately the week before President's week. I live in New York and we also have off for that week. The Friday and Saturday of Daytona 500 is very crowded!!!
