February 20, 2011 DREAM

We are leaving Thursday morning out of Manchester,NH and staying in Kissimmee. We have 1 day left on our Disney park hopper tickets so we probably will hit a park on Friday or Saturday and then drive to port Sunday Morning. We are planning to arrive at the terminal for 10am. Hopefully some of the other girls that have been e-mailing my DD's will be there and they can get to meet prior to boarding :goodvibes

I believe we will be there around 10am also, my DD has been looking forward to meeting her email friends.

Okay... I saw that you had done this a few weeks ago and didn't open it or print it at the time. I figured I'd get back to it. Just went through pages to find it again (haha-that's what I get for waiting!) and wanted to thank you so much for reorganizing it and making the map!!

You're welcome. :)

We fly out Wednesday morning, the teenagers fly in Wednesday night after school. The Disney crowds are supposed to be pretty calm on Thursday and Friday so I think we are headed to the parks. The teenagers want to do Universal so I think they'll do that on Saturday. We are staying at Windsor Hills in a 5br/5ba house so I think Saturday the rest of us are just going to swim and chill so we can get up early on Sunday morning.

Dave-my dad is a NASCAR fan, this will be the first time in 20+ years he hasn't been in Daytona for the 500. He'll be glued in front of a TV somewhere on Sunday or have it on the radio, not sure how he's going to cope.

We fly down to Orlando on Wednesday and will stay near port. On Thursday we board the Disney Dream and enjoy the cruising life till February 24th when I'll be getting off the ship crying if it's like past cruises.

We leave wed morning. Our flight was bumped almost a whole day earlier. DD not too upset by that. We plan to go to MK when we get there before the crowds. Does anyone know what the projected crowd levels are while we are all there? Went shopping with DM bought a few things I might have to buy some tshirts while we are there as I cant find much up here. I found on the threads the 2011 approved snack list but I can't get it to print does anyone know how to do this. We always get boring things looking at these threads there are so many choices I want to try.http://www.wdwinfo.com/images/smilies/cool1.gif

Wow- getting your flight moved a whole day earlier- go figure. The airline industry is certainly a crazy one.

Crowds will increase as you get closer to Sat. They are estimated at being a 3 out of 10 on Wed, 5 on Thurs, 4 on Fri and 10 on Sat. :scared1:

As for 'snack list'...what about doing a copy/paste from the thread into a Word document? I don't know what form the original is in but if it is just posted on a thread- I usually just copy/paste what I want then I can save it on my computer for reference later.

Hope that helps!

Hi,

We should be getting there around 10ish also. DD said that all the girls agreed to wear blue shirts to try to spot each other at check-in. See you all then!

It will be hard to not keep sneekin' a peek in the lounge! I think I can suck it up for this cruise tho' :thumbsup2 :cool1:

I think we are planning on getting there at 10 as well. My dd is so excited to meet her email friends too!

-Renee

Renee-My daughter is soooo excited as well! I think they will have a great cruise together!

We are flying out of the same airport, but on Sat. Are you coming back on the 24th?

Kay-We are flying home the 26th, we are going to West Palm Beach for a few days after. then fly home from West Palm to Worcester.

Julie- My DD had said that they agreed to Blue shirts, that is very funny!

We are getting close!! I leave in a week :yay::dance3:, I really NEED to get away!

Campinggal do you know the crowd levels for 24-27. We booked a few days before cruise planning on snow delays and a few after for the same reason. We are famous for bad weather on vacation so I apologize to everyone ahead of time. Thanks for the cut and paste. I have not used that option yet I will try I only just recently got email. I am a little behind the times. At christmas I tried to get tapes for my camcorder and they laughed a good laugh. Memory sticks for camcorders wow http://www.wdwinfo.com/images/smilies/laughing.gif

I was stalking for a Palo brunch and noticed they now have available dinner reservations for 1-2 people, if anyone is interested.

We're doing park time after the cruise as well.

At the moment- predictions are for pretty high crowd levels for the 24, 25 and 26...all due to the fact that it is President's week and then the Princess Half Marathon is the weekend of 26, 27- it actually runs the morning of the 27th. Predictions are for crowd levels to be 10 on the 24th, then 9, 8 and 2 (Sun) for the days after that.

So I'm just mentally planning for lots of people and to be flexible. Plus- any day at WDW even with big crowds is better than another freezing day at work in NH! :)

I am also going to WDW after the cruise. We are staying at the Beach Club. At least to avoid mobs we can walk to Epcot and HS. Skipping AK this trip.

We won't be going to Disney World after gotta get home and start planning our April/May cruise lol

Looks like they opened a bunch of times...

We are going to WDW after for a few days too! Staying at AKV

If anyone see's an opening for Palo brunch, please let me know. It will mean one less thing for me to do upon boarding.

I second that, I'd much rather have brunch than a dinner. It might be too late but I know how to book the private room at Palo if we have a group of 12-14 people. We have 5 adults in our party.
