February 12, 2011 - 7 night Eastern

No nut allergies here either- good thing, I LIVED on Reeces Peanut BUtter cups when I was preggers w/ dd4 (5 tomorrow!). I would have like 4 FOR BREAKFAST!!!

No nut allergies here either... Eva practically lives on peanut butter. Packing school lunches is VERY challenging!

My guest bedroom is filled with FE stuff... kind of scares me... not sure how I'm going to get it to Florida!:rotfl:

I guess one suitcase will be for FE and the three of us will somehow have to cram all of our stuff into 2 suitcases. I know my husband will NOT be impressed... but what he doesn't know until the last minute won't hurt him.;)
Besides, he already thinks I'm crazy because of the door decorations I have been making....

Welcome, can'twaittocruise!

We are next to a handicap room at the aft of the ship, the handicap room has a HUGE balcony compared to the other rooms... our balcony is bigger than most because of it's location but it also has a solid wall balcony rather than a plexi-glass wall. So if you are in a verandah handicap room chances are it has a big balcony which I think is a plus!

Oh, Emma - I am totally the same way- my guest bedroom is full of cruise stuff- from new clothes still to wash, clothes folded and ready to pack to FE stuff to room stuff (lysol, clothes pins, over the door shoe holder)... yes, I completely agree, my husband doesn't need to know until we try to get it all crammed into the suitcases... I think that I read we could ship a box ahead to the ship... and I am vaguely considering it. My husband thinks I am crazy too- but I am having so much fun!
We have another big snowstorm coming our way tomorrow... just get it out of it's system so we can fly out on the 11th... fingers and toes crossed!

I totally need to find a staging area for the cruise... my mom arrives tomorrow for a couple of weeks so the guest room won't work. Right now I have little piles of stuff in almost every room of the house. However, I just got through a major event at work, so can really focus on the prep now. The packing will be a challenge, but since I'm the one who packs for all 4 of us, I don't think Noel will complaining much ;) Feels like we're in the final strech now... and can't wait to meet all of you in person!

Well at least I'm in good company with my planning, organization and FE bits and pieces! Sounds like we have identical guest rooms Jess Warren....;)

And Capitalmom - at least your DH is an active participant on this board so he won't think you are crazy.... hahahaha.

My DH walked into the guest room last night and said "Wow - I had no idea how much stuff was in here - you are crazy!":rotfl:

Our flight leaves in 19 days, can't wait!

Absolutely- I am right in the middle of FE Gifts... still need to finish up the Men... I know- 3 weeks from today we leave- I can't believe it is almost here.

We have an handicap room too. What deck are you on? We are 7638. These rooms are supposed to be bigger as someone else mentioned. They do have bigger bathrooms too, but no tub. At first I was upset about trying to clean my shower-phobia kids without a tub, but now I am just excited about the extra space. The kids will adjust!

Michelle

I was reading a trip report about food and they had a handicap room and the verandah was HUGE!!! So maybe you'll luck out with an extended balcony!!

We are also on the Feb. 12th sailing, and wondering if any of you have gotten your cruise documents yet. I saw on another thread that someone from the 19th sailing already had their documents. We booked through a TA, so I am wondering if that is why mine haven't come yet.

I can't believe that we sail 3 weeks from tomorrow!:cool1:

No documents here either and I booked through a TA as well.
Not worried yet..altough I emailed my TA to ask her what was what...
and yes 3 weeks WHOO HOO!

We got ours today. HURRAY! I saw somewhere else where they said that they booked through a TA and the TA gets them about 3 weeks prior, then they forward to the client...

Can't believe that 3 weeks from now we will be on our way to Orlando!

I originally booked through DCL and then transferred the reservation to DU... our documents arrived 10 days ago I think?

I booked this cruise probably 5 months ago.... I wonder if they send the documents out in the order of booking? :confused3

We still haven't received our documents. I booked direct then transferred to a TA. We booked in June. I emailed our TA tonight to find out if they go to her first or directly to us. Not too worried but would still like to get them soon!! :)

We haven't received ours yet either, so I am glad to hear that I am not the only one! My TA is on the Dream right now, so I guess I'll get my documents when she gets back. I know there really isn't that much information, but there is something exciting about receiving it -makes me realize it is almost time to go!

Anyone booking thru a TA will get the docs set to the TA for your pick up.... Just went to get mine from AAA.

Robin
