Welccome all the same people from last month and to the new people who have joined us this month.

I am sorry that I am so late in updating the front page. We finished midterms last week and had 2nd marking period grades due. That wasn't too bad but I also had to give a workshop yesterday. No big deal since I gave the same workshop last year. But can I find the notes that I made last year NO:furious: :furious: But that is over. Now I just have to get over a respiratory thing that has been going on. At least I think that the stuff has stopped coming up now I just sound wheezy.

Starting a bit late but we just got back from our wonderful 8-day trip to the World :)

I would like to try to hit 500 this month though.

I did 60 minutes of pool running on Monday and I ran for 45 minutes today so I'm at 105/900. I've got to step it up. :)
 
well I did 54 minutes today if I had known I was so close to 300 min I surely would have gone the extra time but alas it's close enough.

I am at 225/1000 after 45 min on the TM. I am slow starting and 1000 min may be a reach.

I put in 45 min yesterday on TM and 40 min outside walking today for a total of 210...have a 5k to walk this weekend so should get in some good time!
 
I had a 30 min session with the trainer and 30 min on the elliptical.That brings me to 315/1200.

:cool1: I was slacking but managed to squeeze in 45 minutes of WATP today. WOOHOO

I'm at a total of 165/800 now. :) I'm feelin' good about making this goal finally. :banana: :woohoo:
 
haven't had time to update yet this week, but so far I am at 360/1200 for Feb. :cool1:
 
Nothing yesterday - I used my energy to get up the courage to get my hair cut & highlighted( I never know what to do & hate going!)

Today 50 min walking.

New total 629/1600 - 39%

I REALLY REALLY want to be at at least 50% by the time I leave for FL 1 week from today.
