Jessica, just to make sure I understand how the FE gifts work, we can choose to disperse a little something once each day to each FE, or one time during the week, whichever way we like? I see that you are trying to keep things spread out so everything's not all arriving at the same time, that's a great idea.

So on that note, would anyone mind if I take the first day, Departure Day Feb 6th? If there is anyone whose FE's aren't out when I come around (I will try to wait until later in the evening), I will just do it the next day.

Do we have a link to suggestions for gift items? I've read peoples' trip reports and I remember them mentioning them, but I don't know specifically what they were giving and receiving. Candy? Trinkets? Practical stuff? Items for all ages, right, since not everyone has kids with them?

Yes, yes and yes! Pretty much disperse as you please! I hope to be able to go around on two different days but I haven't had much time yet to figure out exactly what I am doing. I have lots of ideas swirling!

I see you found the link. I just linked there because I saw it. Anything you feel like giving will be fun though and you can do it however you please. I'll have some specific for each child (hopefully) and then something more for the adults. The older boys are the ones I am most stuck on. I am not sure they'll like what I have in mind!

I'll put you down for the 6th! I thought about doing that day and was trying figure out what time I thought all the FE would be out by! I also thought about Grand Cayman because I think we will not rush off the boat but then again who knows!

Just a thought... what does everyone think about a "deadline" for signing up to participate in the FE exchange? I really REALLY don't want to exclude anyone who might find our thread at the last minute, but...

I don't know about everyone else, but my life is just too hectic to be scrambling around at the last minute looking for extra gifts. One of my items I might even have to buy online so I won't have a lot of flexibility with quantity and/or time.

What does everyone think about a deadline of 7 days prior? Sat, Jan 30th?

If y'all don't think it's a good idea, I totally understand; I just thought it might take a little pressure off and allow those who plan ahead to get organized.

Thanks! I figured I skipped someone! Looks like we are spread out really well! I was concerned with only 10 or so of us!

I do think we need a cut off day. I am thinking more then 7 days out even. Probably within a week or so. Around MLK day or so. I know that once I start if I have extra I'll be happy to deliver them but I might not be able to get everything in another quantity!

Whatever you decide is fine with me... I have two of my kids' birthday parties to plan in the next few weeks, plus we have a cub scout sleepover, a horse show banquet, 2 bday parties to attend, and I have 2 kids in basketball, one that rides, and one that does swim & ballet. So a cut-off will definitely ease my mind, thanks!

Yeah, I think a cut off is a good idea, too. I will probably pack some extra just in case - but January is a busy month here too and I am not keen on last minute gifts either!

I am curious about tickets. Does Disney or our TA send cruise tickets? We received our initial info package and we received luggage tags last week but we don't actually have tickets!
