Joy, are you sure you don't want to switch to late dinner and we just tell them to throw our entire gang on one side of the dining room each night?

I haven't talked to Brooke yet, but she just got off the Magic yesterday. Hopefully she will update us and let us know the deal with the show on formal night. I sure was looking forward to eating my chocolate ticket...

I have late dinner and would be happy to sit with any and all of you! Our reservations are under my husbands name.

We can get Jen to the beach We take our time and if the water is warm Jen loves the ocean! Jen's mobility isn't great and we use her "wheels" most of the time but when we go to the beach we wheel her to the sand and then John takes his time walking her while I push the empty wheels. Then when we sit down we order a drink ASAP!

LOL is it to early, I have been packed for about 2 weeks now. I am ready to leave tomorrow. Can you tell I'm excited

Hello! We will be driving, we drove last year for our 3 day and it worked out well for us. It is approx 9 hours for us to drive.

We drive from Central VA - we will leave her on the 12th drive to Jacksonville (actually Orange Park) visit with my brother. On the 13th up and out by 8:30a we will arrive at the port around 10:30a We drive straight home on the return and make it in about 12 hours. Not too bad. Driving is part of the adventure

Hi all ! Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Whew! Lots to catch up on this board ! Lots of rain here today but it has finally warmed up. Even had a rainbow! No school tomorrow so I will try to read up on all the fe stuff and let you know.

For those without room numbers that is a bummer! We got ours a couple weeks ago but it has been changed once already so I am not getting to "attached" to the idea of where our room will be yet.

what part of va? We used to live near Richmond. I love va! We are leaving after school Friday and have plans to stay in Savanah then get up next morning to make it to port not sure what time yet. On the way home we make it in one day.

Hey Everybody, just got off the Magic yesterday. Can't wait to starting packing for this one!
The Golden Mickey's are gone they started a new singing and dancing show to classic Disney songs. There is a brand new menu for that night as welll night. (This was the first cruise they have used it)

They has some new entertainment on as well that I have never seen and a very funny comedian Heath Hyche which is a MUST SEE!! He is by far the best entertainment they bring onboard

Good for you!!! I am too, I am an in house corporate agent these days. I've been a TA for over 25years......an old dog I am. I haven't been on the Magic for a year or so, this sailing will be my 9th on Disney. I just finished 2 Carnival cruises in 2009. Corporate business doesn't allow for much time off

Also, Brooke and I are thinking of driving to Jax on Fri night. It's only 2 hrs to the port from there? I thought it would be more like 2.5.

We are all about drinks on the beach!

Kim, we stay in Orange Park which is a little closer than Jacksonville. We stay there because my brother lives there so we stop by and say hello. I can get a hotel there for $76 for the night, then Crackerbarrel for breakfast and off to the ship! I can make this trip in my sleep we have done it so much.

YES to drinks on the beach.....I think we have a great group of people and I KNOW we are going to have fun.
