Feb.13th(lucky for some) 2010 Eastern Valentines Cruise - The Love Boat Sails Again !

Wow!! Just caught up from today's posts.

Patricia--I'm so happy for you! Really something to celebrate!

Karen--The night before you leave, tell her she's going on a trip, but not where. At the airport, she'll find out and think it's WDW. Let her think that until Sat. morning. You'll have her guessing and getting more excited all the time.

Barbara--So glad to hear that we are neighbors!! Looking forward to the pina coladas and chatting on our verandahs.

14 days until we leave!! YAY!!!

Barbara, I forgot to say that I am so honored that you chose me and Betty over the Walt suite! We have a lot to live up to!:lmao:

Who is linked to the late dining group and has young kids?

I told my 6 yr old that this cruise we would be having dinner with a large group and she wanted to know if there would be any kids her age. I can't remember who is late dining and the ages of any kids.

Please post and let me know. Thanks!

Kim

Kim -

Are we linked? I can't remember if you or Brooke was going to call to link us all with the big group. I don't want to miss out!!! Dakota is 7 years old so I'm sure the kids will be find together.

BTW - did you read that the new kids club policy is in effect on the Magic? I'm okay with it and willing to give it a try.

Boomerville - Glad to have you! I am lookiing forward to meeting everyone!

Patricia - That's incredible news! Congratulations!!!

Question - once we are on board how do we find out if our dinning tables are close as requested?

Maybe when we get together at the Meet & Greet we can bring out dinning tickets with us and compare so we know where we all are

I am SOOOOOO excited!!! :dance3:

Patricia: What Great News!!! My best wishes to you.........:yay::yay: And-NY bagels rock!!! They are the best.

Linda and Betty it was a hard decision BUT I thought making new friends was more important than having a Grand Piano in our cabin :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now that you have made me VERY hungry....yes sausage w/peppers and onions on a hoagie roll and fresh lemon aid while sitting on the board walk watching the "rolling chairs" or boardwalk tram! Those where the days.

I ALSO love Thrashers Boardwalk Fries and Dolly's Carmel Corn - Ocean City Maryland :goodvibes

Cabin Number # 6128 - they offered Walts suite but I wanted to be next to Linda and Betty instead! :rotfl:

I have 6113 so I am right down the hall. Come by and say hi!

So excited to see numbers instead of GTY when I logged in! I have been at the hospital all evening with my dad and needed some good news. We are in 6646 and 6648 which is just perfect to me! We like being near the aft elevators and there will be very little traffic near our room.

Counting down the days - better get shopping and packing!

Hey Everyone,

I am up again at 12:30 PM. Man this needs to stop soon.
I am so ready for 24 hr buffets, warm sunny skies, and so great time away.

We will be making the FE gifts later today. :)

Time to watch more infomercials and try to fall asleep. Man my abs are going to be awesome with all these late night purchases. :)

Steve

Joy, I had sent Brooke your info a couple weeks ago and she was supposed to call and get us all linked. When I sign into my reservation, it says my linked rooms maximum has been exceeded, so I assume we are all linked. I just sent her an email to confirm that she linked you. I also forgot that Dakota is 7. That will be PERFECT. Gabby will be very excited. Do you usually send your kids to club at 9pm? We've never done late dining before. I would like to do that, but Gabby always orders off the adult menu and not the kids menu. So, I don't know if they can get her out in time. Also, I'm totally OK with the new kids club policy and think it might be better because they can do whatever they want.

WHEN I LOG IN THIS MORNING, MY ROOM STILL SHOWS CAT 9 GTY!!! WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY DID EVERYONE ELSE GET A CABIN ASSIGNMENT AND NOT US? MAYBE THEY ARE THROWING US IN A SUITE LOL. Seriously though, I assume we'll end up on floor 1 or 2...that is assuming we actually get a cabin!

Steve LOL about your abs.

Kim (only one left on the cruise with no cabin)

HEY! Watch what you say about deck 2! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Karen (cabin 2601!)

Barbara - we were beginning to think you were going to have a tent on the Deck 7 Aft Observation area - congrats on solving the room mystery. It sounds like DCL will be able to let some of it's call agents have a little vacation now that you have a room assignment.

We finally made 10 posts so Judy's going to send a PM about the FE, etc.

Hey, I have nothing against deck 2. That is where I stayed on my last Disney Cruise and I loved it. I just think with the Cat 9 GTY, we will most likely end up on 1 or 2. Sounds like we need to end up on 2 so that you guys can have some friendly neighbors!

Keep checking......you can take over my "staker" caller ID, tell them that if they do not give you your assignment today that I will start calling AGAIN :rotfl::idea:

Deck 2 is actually a great location, I chose it this time when I booked, I was offered 2 or 7. One deck up to the restaurants/shops/etc., one deck down to get off.... lots of stairs to climb for the pool (good when you are eating non-stop!).

I can't believe you still don't have a cabin #..... I guess they must be saving the best for last! :cool1:

It's 2 degrees below zero here today with a windchill factor of -19. We need to get out of here - the sooner the better! Even if it's 60 degrees on the ship it will seem downright balmy to us!
