Feather bed

Help! Is anyone out there know anything about feather beds. I'm trying to decide which type of feather bed to buy. I need one which provides more support. Do I look for one with more or less fill in it and does it make a difference on the depth of the feather bed (2 or 5 inch gussets)? I don't know much about them and any help would be usefull.

Well, since I have a kid and I'd be plucking goose feathers, would that make me a mother plucker?

While I find these post hillarious , I will try to be serious and help you. You want a denser fill for more support. The depth of the gussets it more personal preference than anything (IMO).
