Are there any open FE exchanges for Fantasy 2017 Sept 23 sailing date

You can check on the cruise meets sub-forum (they're above the main DCL forum) to see if anyone has set anything up. Go to Fantasy Meets and see if your cruise is listed.

(That said, from what I've read, many groups close more than a month ahead, so you may not be able to be added in if there is one.)

You'll have to post there about FE -- I didn't read through the thread to know if they have one and if it's still open. Some cruise meets will offer a late-comers FE for those joining close to sail date.
