FD resort exclusions

I was planning on booking POFQ in Dec with the hopes catching FD. However, I read somewhere that PORQ has been excluded in the past. Does, anyone know what resorts have been excluded in previous FD offers?

It is all based on which resorts have the most open rooms. POFQ typically isn't included in FD POR is normally included. It all depends you will have to wait and see for when it comes out. I would also check with the numerous free dining threads on the budget board and other boards.

I stayed at French Qtr free dining this January. Its all about which rooms they are pushing. While FQ is usually full, often when a new free dining pin is announced it has some rooms. Just pay attention and book right away once you hear of free dining. Enjoy your vacation. All the best.

I stayed at POFQ in October with Free Dining. Originally I booked at CS, but then found out it was the last week of the grading period at my kids' school. So I called to move the reservation back a week. The cast member informed me that the French Quarter was available and I jumped on it. Even he was shocked and said someone must have just cancelled. The lesson is, if you cannot get it originally, keep checking on it. My original reservation was on a FD pin, so I guessed the French Quarter was available when the pins came out. Good luck.

POFQ was excluded from Fall (Oct-Dec) FD offer last year but was included in the FD PINs that went out. My sister got the PIN and we used it in October.

POFQ was included in last years September FD offer.

If a resort is specifically excluded from a GP FD you can not get the offer there; you must have been able to apply your PIN to FQ.

Fall (Oct-Dec) FD will not be released until mid/end of July most likely; last year it was August 1

From memory, they typically exclude POFQ and AOA has been out as well(probably because it was so new). Even if POFQ is offered, there are so few rooms on the deal that they go pretty fast. I think they do have FD for both in January and I heard that it may be included in September, but no on really knows until it's announced. FQ is very popular and usually the FD offers are more for the resorts needing to get bookings.

Good luck getting it in December. We have it for this August on a BB, but I don't think anything has been released yet for fall and beyond.

POFQ was excluded from Fall (Oct-Dec) FD offer last year but was included in the FD PINs that went out. My sister got the PIN and we used it in October.

POFQ was also included in the Sept only FD promotion last year. We are booked their now because the size is easier for me to handle the walking, BUT to save money if this year it is excluded, our TA has a list to use in order of preference.
