FD announced at same time as room discounts?

I understand the FD for fall is normally announced around the April/May time frame. We are still trying to decide if we have the option of FD or a room discount, which would be best for us. Do they announce these two promotions for fall at the same time or on separate days? Thanks!

I would just keep you eye on these boards (particularly the resort discount thread) for promo releases. It seems to be a whole new ballgame lately and no one really knows what is on the horizon. They just released a value resort "meal deal" for the summer that was new and unprecedented, so you just never know what they are going to do!

Last spring the fall discounts and fd hit at once and were available for all. No visa perks early.
