FCC license for two way radio

I saw a 10 mile two way radio at Best Buy for $69.99. I know I need a license that costs $75(I think for 5 years). My question is if I buy 2 sets do I need a license for each set or is it good per family.

It's been a while since I did stuff like this, but I think you need one for each *transmitting* user. Maybe there's someone here more current than I am...

current FCC Regs require all that transmit to have a license, etc. But the enforcement of those laws has been a little lax. Use that information as you will- I do not condone breaking the law
