Faxing room requests for BWV

Question for all you DVC'ers out there. We're staying at the BWV in February on rented points, and I was wondering how room requests work at the villas. Are they handled the same way as the regular Disney resorts (meaning you can fax your room requests to the room controller 4 days prior to arrival)? Would I just fax the request to the room controller at the BW Inn or is there a special fax number for the villas?

Requests should be made through MS at the time the reservation is made. Perhaps you could contact the person from whom you are renting the points and ask that he call or email MS in your behalf to have your requests noted.

Requests are honored in the order reservations are made. The date the reservation was made determines who's request will be satisfied if two or more members make the same request.

Faxing the resort to remind them can’t hurt, but be sure MS has noted your requests as part of the reservation.
