Fax from an email?

I've run across some places that will only communicate through fax, like offices that deal with health info, taxes and schools. I don't want to physically show up at Staples to send my stuff so is there any reputable business that will fax what I want for me from email in a contact free way? When I do a search there are lots of hits but who knows where it's going. This seems ways harder than it should be.

There is also software to do it, but you'll need to be connected to a phone line...just easier to use a service

When I have had to fax something during covid times, I found the Staples self-service machines very convenient to use. You don't have to interact with anyone else and there wasn't anyone else using their copy/fax machines. Usually the things you need to fax are confidential (i.e. have your SS#, account #, health info, etc.), so I feel more comfortable doing that myself and not depending on some 3rd party on-line service. You also get an immediate confirmation that document was successfully sent.

It is owned by a gentleman who has a website "FreePrintable.net". I have used this website for many years, and I have not had any difficulty with his products.

You will have to convert the email to a document first. You cannot send an email directly. (This is explained in the "Fax Information" section.)

If you choose do use this service, please read the instructions carefully. There is a limit on how many free faxes per day and how many pages per fax is allowed. There is also a paid version which increases the number of each.

i used them when i was dealing with estate settlements in other states. their rates were reasonable and they worked fine.
