Favourite Disney Springs CS

What are your favourite quick service restaurants in Disney Springs? Including food trucks etc.

Also: looking to go there on Memorial Day? Are we mad not to plan? ADRs are still available but thinking we might want something more spontaneous on our first day in case we're jetlagged. Normally I'd say no point in shelling out on a nice meal when you feel exhausted/fall asleep between courses! But equally don't want to end up hangry. Nothing magical about that.

Another WPE vote. So much variety for entrees as well as desserts. Free refills on drinks. Real plates / silverware.

We prefer the WPE at Marketplace. More variety. The Marketplace one also serves breakfast (I don't believe the Westside one serves breakfast).

We enjoyed Earl of Sandwich. They send great coupons too if you sign up for their email club.. A couple years ago we got buy one sub get one free

I've always heard good things about WPE, but I've never tried it. We love Cooke's Of Dublin. The vintage cheese dip there is divine. I think you can get free refills on drinks as well.
