I haven't been to a lot of the restaurants but I would say some of my favorites are:

Sci-Fi Dine In (love the atmosphere)
Columbia Harbor House (2nd floor is quiet and relaxing for a quick meal in the middle of the day)
Sanaa (I'm not usually adventurous when it comes to food but I tried it and loved it)
