My favorite in the parks is Mouse Gear.

I also love the one in the Contemporary (the one in the middle). I don't remember what it's called, but they always seem to have different stuff that we don't see anywhere else.

The one is Pop Century is probably my favorite -- and the one in AKL a close second. There is also one on Main Street in MK that is great but really big -- I think I like the smaller stores -- Less to spend and be overwhelmed by!
