We are heading back for our third trip to the WDW. I am looking for suggestions on where to eat.

So the question is what is your single favorite TS restaurant and why?

I actually have three favorite table service locations and they are 50's Prime Time Cafe, ESPN Club and Beaches & Cream. I like those locations because of their food and atmosphere.

My family of 4 loves Chef Mickey's - great food at breakfast and lots of character interaction!

It depends on what I am looking for-

the best for a date is Bistro de Paris- amazing food and probably my favorite place overall but if I was going with children I would skip it

best view is California Grill

best service I have had has been Brown Derby

most amazing single dish was Artist Point when they had a Wild Boar appetizer

thank guys. we have eaten at a few of these and i gotta say i loved the french onion soup at Bistro DeParis. we've done dinner at chef mickey's and plan to do breakfast there on this trip.
this is not the first time some one has mentioned Beaches and cream, i will have to suggest it to MrsEZG.

Tempan Edo, its so tasty and there is a fun show to watch while the food is being made :)

Who is in your party? What are their ages? Will you be on the DDP or not? What kind of experience are you looking for?
Answers will help. We are now all adults, so our view may be different than yours.
I would not consider Beaches and Cream for a sit down dinner. It is just burgers and sandwiches and ice cream treats. There are many wonderful TS locations just a short distance away in WS at Epcot, the YC/BC, Boardwalk and Swan & Dolphin resorts. B & C is a waste of a meal IMO.
My very favorite TS restaurant is Jiko at the AKL. Amazing food, beautiful setting, great wine list and friendly service.
We did not like the Yachtsman Steakhouse at the YC. It gets great reviews here, but we have tried it 3 times and were disappointed in the food on each visit.
In Epcot, we love San Angel Inn in Mexico (haven't tried La Hacienda yet), Teppan Edo in Japan (trying Tokoy Dining this fall), Restaurant Marrakesh in Morroco, Rose & Crown Pub in the UK.
I also really like Kona at the Poly, and Raglan Road in DTD.
Have a Great Trip.

If if must be on the dining plan I am not going to be much help. The best one is Victoria & Alberts.

I would never consider Beaches & Cream the top TS restaurant. Ever. It's cute and fun and I love the No Way Jose sundae (not the food so much) but I will not ever go out of my way to get there.

Other current favorites are Sanaa, California Grill, Brown Derby, Jiko, Flying Fish, Il Mulino, Bluezoo, Kimonos, Raglan Road, Bistro de Paris (when you mention French onion soup, are you talking about Chefs de France or Bistro de Paris? Chefs has a pretty decent 3 course lunch). I like Le Cellier OK but lately have only been for lunch and I never order steak. I love mussels, and they have very good ones. I don't touch character meals, so I won't list any of those.

Teppan Edo is fun and the food is good but not inspired. The local Benihana has a much more varied menu. It's also REALLY expensive unless you are on DDP.

Sanaa is my favorite - and, fortunately, is still somewhat of a hidden gem!
I've had great meals at Flying Fish, Artist Point and Jiko as well..to name a few...

I wanted to add that the best meal DH and I have ever had was V&A, but this is not something I can do all the time...I couldn't eat there without doing the wine pairing...and DH has to go for every "upgrade" they offer (why not...you're already spending $500...what's another $35 for a Tokaji wine only served to royalty until recently?)...so justifying $600 for a dinner for two is just tough to do on a regular basis!

we will be 2 adults and three children. my DD 6, DS 9, and my neice 13. we will be on the DDP. I left all of this out originally because i didn't want it to dictate what you suggested. We will not be able to eat at every suggested restaurant but i want to know which ones are at the tops of your lists.

We are all adults. Favorite is V&A, second would be bluezoo. For family friendly dining we like Flying Fish, Saana and Biergarten.

Unfortunatly DDP has to dictate what we suggest...a lot of the best restaurants don't accept DDP.

I don't have any children, so my choices are probably not going to be the choices of someone with two small children and a teenager.
