"I'd miss you even if we never met." ~ The Wedding Date
Even my Dh loved this movie.

I can't remember the exact quote or what movie it was from, maybe someone else will......(not exactly romantic either, I guess)

"You don't realize how bad you had been treated until someone treats you better."

Man, that is SO true. Anyone recognize that one?

You've Got Mail:

JOE: I would have asked for your phone number and I wouldn't have been able to wait 24 hours before calling and asking, "How about coffee, drinks, dinner, a movie, for as long as we both shall live?"

different scene...KATHLEEN: Six months ago, when you and I first met, I knew everything about myself -- what I would be doing for the rest of my life and even the person I would be doing it with. Now I know nothing.

Not romantic when read, but when watching the movie __DIRTY DANCING___ it's just perfect..i get tears everytime.

"nobody puts baby in a corner"

Almost any line in Casablanca - especially the ending:. Get out the box of kleenex. Love, loss and sacrifice. Totally romantic!!!! :thumbsup2

Rick: If that plane leaves the ground and you're not with him, you'll regret it.

Ilsa: No.

Rick: Maybe not today, and maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of your life.

Ilsa: What about us?

Rick : We'll always have Paris. We didn't have - we'd - we'd lost it until you came to Casablanca. We got it back last night.

Ilsa: When I said I would never leave you...

Rick: And you never will. I've got a job to do too. Where I'm going, you can't follow. What I've got to do, you can't be any part of. Ilsa, I'm no good at being noble, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of three little people don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll understand that. Here's looking at you, kid.

"Honey, I did the dishes"
Dh, last Thursday.

From Legends of the Fall, Susannah says "I'll wait for you, however long it takes. I'll wait for you forever."

"This is true love, you do you think this happens all the time" and many others from Princess Bride

Not sure who originally said it - Found a wall plaque in a gift store this weekend and it almost made me cry right there. Ended up buying it and placing it on DH pillow this morning. It says "Grow old along with me, the best is yet to be". How true!!!!

My choice!!

It's Elizabeth Barrett Browning.

Clint Eastwood as Robert Kincaid: "This kind of certainty comes but once in a lifetime" - The Bridges of Madison County

From Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
Marian: "You came for me... You're alive..."
Robin of Locksley: "I would die for you"
(The movie wasn't all that great, except for Alan Rickman's Sheriff of Nottingham ;) but that scene gets me every time.)

"Do you know how fine you are to me?" --From Rob Roy

My fiance said this to me when we first started dating and I melted.
My DH quotes that line with the little accent to me, gets me every time!!

But one of my favorites is from Dracula, when Dracula says to Wynona Ryder's character... "I love you too much to condemn you to death", he says it in that accent... aaaahhh!

Hhhmmm... I must have a thing for accents!

My favorite is:

Is that a bannana in your pants? Or are ya just happy to see me?
Monica Lewinsky

"...and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days."
Crash (Kevin Costner) in Bull Durham  I LOVE that man!!!
