Maybe it's because there are a bunch of people always around at WDW. I like all the people, most are in good spirits and polite and many have interesting lives that we might get to learn about a bit. But we love our quite times. The hotel pool is usually always good. But restaurants can be hit or miss in terms of a relaxing atmosphere. For breakfast, Epcots Garden Grill gets our vote (if you aren't prone to dizziness). Probably because you, essentially, feel like you're eating in the restaurant alone. For dinner, Space 220 at Epcot is pretty good, once you get through the reservation line. The dining room is an interesting and very quiet place. Definitely relaxing. But the food isn't the most exciting. But still worth trying. Our favorite spot to relax over dinner or just drinks is the Wilderness Lodge Geyser Point Bar and Grill. More of an adult place and not easy to get to, but food is good (and simple) and the location is very pleasant ... outside on Bay Lake (can view the Electrical Parade from here). What are your favorite relaxing eating places?
