i miss mr. toads wild ride & 20,000 leagues under the sea at magic kingdom, i wish they'd come back. i definetely think magic kingdom needs some expansion, so we dont lose rides like these.

and the original alien encounter.

I miss the Tapestry of Dreams parade in the World Showcase! I loved the music.
Ditto on the Skyway.

This pin celebrates the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea attraction, and is the first pin in the Piece of Disney History Collection. This pin collection celebrates Disney Attractions and lets Guests take a piece of Disney history home with them.

Working with the Engineering Services teams around the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Disney Pin Team was able to obtain actual pieces of Disney Attractions, some of which have been retired. In turn, the Pin Team partnered with the manufacturer to add pieces of those Disney Attractions to the pins.

Below you will find the creation of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea pin, the first pin in this collection which features actual pieces of the porthole from the attraction..

the flip-down seats in 20,000 Leagues...
Mr. Toad's wacky car ride and soundtrack....
A leisurely trip around the Castle in a Plaza Swan Boat...
Ending your day with The Main Street Electrical Parade....

There's so much I miss about the "old WDW" that so many people who have visited for the first time only recently will never get to see.
